Registration

The MIGARS 2024 conference will be held at Shed 6, Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand.

'Presenting Author’ registration types should only be selected if you have submitted an abstract and it has been accepted for presentation. Acceptance notifications will be sent out before the early registration deadline.

We are a tax-registered entity in New Zealand, so all transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and subject to GST (15%).

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). For Group bookings or invoice payments, please contact the conference organiser before completing your registration at migars2024@confer.co.nz

Full Registration Includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions from Monday, 8 April to Wednesday, 10 April 2024.
  • Morning teas and networking for all three days.
  • Lunch will be provided on one day.
  • Afternoon tea and networking for all three days.

Full Registration Excludes

  • Lunch on two of the conference days.
  • Accommodation - please visit the accommodation page for suggestions
  • Travel and transfers.

Payment

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration migars2024@confer.co.nz.

If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to migars2024@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 31 January 2024 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 31 January 2024 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
