The International Conference on Machine Intelligence for GeoAnalytics and Remote Sensing (MIGARS 2024) will be hosted from 8-10 April at Shed 6, Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand.

Submissions are sought for papers in the form of extended abstracts. 

PLEASE NOTE: On acceptance of extended abstract submission, submitting authors will be asked to submit a final version and pay a non-refundable fee of $50 NZD per submission to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.

Guidance for IEEE Publications Regarding AI-Generated Text

The IEEE Publication Services and Products Board has recently passed the following motion:

“The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an IEEE Conference or Periodical. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.”

  • The extended abstracts should be of two pages and one extra page for references.
  • All submissions are subjected to peer review and feedback will be provided to the Authors
  • Accepted submissions will be published on IEEE Xplore after the conference
  • On acceptance of extended abstract submission, submitting authors will be asked to submit a final version and pay a non-refundable fee of $50 NZD per submission to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.
