We'd like to encourage you to all stay at the conference hotels as this will mean that everyone's in the same place giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.
Amendments and Cancellation Policy:
If you would like to make changes to your booking, please contact the conference organisers or the Hotel.
Free cancellation is available until 30 days before your booking. Cancellation from 30 to 1 day prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking.
All rooms and rates are subject to availability. Bookings will be made during the registration process or directly with the hotel
We strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out on your preferred hotel.
