Roy Lagolago – PACER Plus Implementation Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Roy Lagolago has spent over 20 years in the NZ Public Service and is currently the Head of Secretariat for the PACER Plus Implementation Unit and Labour Mobility Secretariat based in Samoa. Roy has a background in law enforcement, security, intelligence, investigations, and trade.
