Biography

Sam Foley – Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment

I am the manager of the Immigration (International and Humanitarian) Policy team in MBIE. The Immigration (International and Humanitarian) Policy team was set up in April 2022 and is responsible for RSE and other Pacific migration policies. Before starting in the team I was leading work on the Migrant Exploitation Review and work to address modern slavery in supply chains. My involvement with the RSE scheme goes back to 2008.
