Rob Hewett – Silver Fern Farms Ltd

Very experienced and well-respected governor of entities of significance to New Zealand.  Governance experience spans agriculture and horticulture, exporting, agri-services, processing and manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, renewable energy generation and retailing, fuel distribution and economic development. Significant experience in corporate turnarounds, M&A, constitutional review, capital recycling, export focus, sustainability and working collaboratively with overseas owners, particularly Chinese and European investors. Company structures governed range from NZX-listed entities, farmer-owned co-operatives, hybrid co-operatives, private company iwi joint ventures, charitable trusts run with commercial disciplines and private companies both in New Zealand and Australia.
