Alisi Holani – PACER Plus Implementation Unit

Dr. Alisi Kautoke Holani is the Labour Mobility Specialist at the PACER Plus Implementation Unit (PPIU) and leads the implementation of the labour mobility work programme provided under the PACER Plus Arrangement on Labour Mobility. Prior to this role she worked as the Pacific Labour Facility Labour Mobility Engagement Manager for Tonga and was Deputy CEO at the Tonga Ministry of Trade and Economic Development where her focus was on trade, private sector development and investment policy. Alisi holds a PhD Arts from the University of Adelaide where her research was on “Enhancing the development impact of labour mobility in Pacific Island countries: the role of the Seasonal Worker Program and the PACER Plus”.
